Thanks to the recursiveness of the Gravecrawler, this is the combo that we are usually going to have when we will be able to do a Razaketh chain as we can sacrifice Gravecrawler to it and then cast it back from the graveyard. The combo is pretty simple: with Gravecrawler, Phyrexian Altar and another Zombie on the field we will get infinite Enter the Battlefield/Leave the Battlefield triggers that will make us win the game with one of our Zulaport Effects on the field.

In her creature form Liliana is a Commander that can enter early on and gain you some life (maybe going for a spicy quick kill if you want to run a card like Hatred) and replacing your first dying creature with a 2/2 Zombie to then flip in her Planeswalker form. I will be completely honest with you: I started building a deck with her as Commander only for sheer love for the character of Liliana but, after various time playing and perfecting it, it was easy to see the potential of this Commander.
